Learn Vidquel end to end — your first render, the scene editor, voice and subtitles, exports, batch campaigns and publishing. Written for creators.
Welcome to the Vidquel help center. These guides walk you through the product as a creator or marketer — no technical setup required.
Vidquel turns a short prompt into a finished short-form video: scripted scenes, natural voiceover, matched visuals, and subtitles ready for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or LinkedIn.
What you can do

- Pick a voice, platform aspect ratio, and template family in Create
- Refine scripts, swap media, and adjust timing in the scene editor

How Vidquel is organized
- Create — pick platform, template, voice, and prompt to generate a new video
- Scene editor — refine narration, replace media, preview subtitles, and adjust the timeline
- Campaigns — batch-produce multiple videos from one shared setup
- AI Studio — get guidance, or enable Allow actions for hands-on mentor help
Templates and formats
Vidquel offers four template families (Cinematic Story, Minecraft duo commentary, Social media chat, and Freeform) and nine viral format templates (including Lightning tip, Listicle, Mini story, Before/after, POV skit, and Hot take).

Platforms and aspect ratios
- TikTok — vertical 9:16
- YouTube Shorts — vertical 9:16
- Instagram Reels — vertical 9:16
- LinkedIn — square 1:1
Select your target platform in Create before generating. Vidquel frames subtitles and visuals for the safe zones of your chosen ratio.
Voices
On Create you can choose from four studio voices, each tuned for a different tone:
- Atlas — confident, narrative delivery
- Luna — warm, conversational delivery
- Nova — energetic, upbeat delivery
- Sage — calm, authoritative delivery
Plans and credits
Vidquel uses credits for video generation. A typical 30-second video costs about 8 credits. Your monthly allowance depends on your plan:
- Free — $0/month, 50 credits, 720p exports with watermark
- Pro — $29/month, 2,000 credits, 1080p exports, no watermark
- Business — $99/month, 10,000 credits, 4K exports, team features
Important
Free plan exports include a watermark and are limited to 720p. Upgrade to Pro or Business for HD and 4K delivery without watermark.
